Through dancing together, students and teaching artists unlearn the harmful fallacies and stereotypes designed to divide, oppress, and strip away our collective humanity. Through embodied experiences in the classroom, participants cultivate a foundation of mutual respect, understanding, and love in which justice takes root.

We offer a comprehensive arts instruction training program that covers a wide range of topics, best practices and a proven method to bring out the best in every child.
We are committed to training, promoting, and employing urban artists. We bring together hip hop artists, street dancers, grafitti artists, audiences, and enthusiasts to serve and preserve authentic street arts.
Gilliam’s professional work and community-based projects have been funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, The Dana Foundation, United States Embassy Panama, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, MetLife Foundation, Department of Cultural Affairs, Playa Vista Education Foundation, Rose Hills Foundation, and the Santa Monica Education Foundation.

A 3 hour evening focused on dance, creativity and play.
Friday night 5-8 pm or Saturday day/night. The three hours will consist of Dance, Visual Art and a directed-recreational activity.

We work with many school districts across LA County. They all share the same desire to provide the most engaging and impactful arts program that builds self esteem, collaboration and encourages students to perform at their highest potential.
